Jom Makan Westfield – Malaysia Kitchen Launch

We were honoured to welcome Hon. Tan Sri Muhyiddin Mohd Yassin, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Education of Malaysia on his first official visit to London to preside over the launch of Malaysia Kitchen London 2010 – an initiative from the Malaysian Government to promote Malaysian cuisine in London and the UK.

Other VIP guests supporting the launch included Michelin starred chefs Gordon Ramsay, Angela Hartnett, Jason Atherton, Stuart Gillies, Shane Osborn, Atul Kochhar and Claud Bosi plus noted restaurant critic Fay Maschler.

Jom Makan is proud to support the Malaysia Kitchen campaign which will be overseen by the Malaysian External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) in collaboration with Sauce Communications and whynot!
